Return & Exchange Policy – Jivans

At Jivans, we are committed to offering you timeless elegance and exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges once the parcel has been accepted.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide an open-parcel service at the time of delivery. You are encouraged to check your parcel thoroughly in front of the delivery rider.

Please inspect the product carefully for any damage, defects, or issues before accepting the delivery.
Once the parcel is accepted, we will not be responsible for any return, refund, or exchange request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased during final sale or promotional events

Products showing signs of wear or damage


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

If you find the product damaged at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to our delivery rider.

We offer an open-parcel service, allowing you to open and inspect the product at the time of delivery.

We are only responsible for returns or exchanges at the time of delivery.

Once the parcel is accepted and delivery is completed, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.


Return Shipping

If you find the item damaged at the time of delivery when opening the parcel, please return it immediately to the delivery rider.

In such cases, no additional return shipping charges will be applied.

This applies only at the time of delivery under our open-parcel policy.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt of the return for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any items.

Please make sure to review product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer an open-parcel service at the time of delivery.

You must open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery rider.

If the item is damaged, you must return it immediately to the rider on the spot.

We will only accept returns for damaged items at the time of delivery.

No other reason for return or exchange will be entertained after the parcel is accepted.
